surprisingly good!
polite staff beautiful deco
the sovereign shop was great. breakfast was also excellent. the staff were very polite, professional, and efficient! the reception area had beautiful deco.

cigarette odor underwhelming buffet
I must say, this place wasn't quite the 5-star experience i anticipated. the room had this lingering cigarette odor, even after i specifically requested a non-smoking one. the bathroom had sliding doors that didn't fully close, so privacy was pretty much non-existent. plus, the breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming.

The hotel was well situated near the airport.
The food was BAD. The breakfast area was dirty. The staff was unpleasant. I found dealing with them very frustrating.
